Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
The Lake House Denmark provides free delivery within Australia on purchases of 12 bottles or more. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your wine is delivered in a satisfactory condition. Wine is delivered via Australia Post. Dispatch from Denmark, WA is within 2-3 working days of order. Unless specified wine will not be left on premises if unattended. A delivery caqrd will be left and wine can be picked up from your local post office. If you have not received your wines within 10 working please contact us. If your wine arrives in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 5 working days.
If the order is incorrect please contact us and we will happily replace the goods providing that they are returned to The Lake House Denmark. We will cover the postage for the returned wines.
WINE CLUB
The wines available are the latest vintages available at the cellar door. You may also purchase museum wine (where available) at your membership discount. Please contact us for a current list of our museum wines. Your wines will be sent within the first week of the month of your delivery as per your membership level. You may change your wine selection at any time by contacting us prior to your delivery month. Your credit card will automatically be debited with each delivery. There is a minimun membership of 12 months after which you may cancel at anytime.

may change your wine order for each delivery if you wish. Once we have received your membership form we will work out your
discount on your wine based on your membership level and send you a confirmation email prior to processing your payment.
