Marinated Olive Tapenade

Olive tapenade is so simple to make and so much better than the shop-bought variety. The orange zest in our Vinofood Marinated Kalamata Olives gives it such a unique flavour. Great addition to a cheese board, or serve with toasted pita bread and roast veggies.

  • 280 gm Vinofood Marinated Kalamata Olives
  • 5 each Anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 3 each Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Oil from olives


  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add more oil if mix is too dry to form a spreadable, dip like consistency.
