Nourishing Asian Greens Soup

Not only are they easy to grow, leafy Asian greens such as bok choy, pak choy, gai lan and choy sum are also packed full of nutrition. They are an excellent source of vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K. Asian greens are also a great source of fiber, beta carotene, iron, calcium, potassium, lutein, folate and chlorophyll making them a must-have addition to winter meals to help aid the immune system against winter colds and flu.
