TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location:Â Selected vineyards in Frankland River and Mount Barker, Great Southern.
Appearance: Deep brick red with youthful violet hues.
Aroma: A rich nose of mulberry, pepper and spice with hints of violet.
Palate: Flavours of blackcurrant and plum with a spicy mid palate of pepper and black cherry leading to a long finish of mocha and soft tannins.
Variety:Â Â 100% Shiraz (60% Mount Barker, 40% Frankland River)
Maturation:Â 12 months on oak.
Alcohol:Â 14.0% Vol
Contains sulphites. Fined with egg whites. Traces may remain.
