TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: Selected vineyards in Denmark, Mount Barker and Frankland River, Great Southern.
Appearance: A brilliant straw colour with green hues.
Aroma: A vibrant nose of lifted stone fruit aromas with hints of toasty French oak.
Palate: A soft, seamless palate displaying citrus and nectarine with a textured, creamy mid palate with hints of more tropical fruits leading to a crisp grapefruit finish with hints if spicy oak.
Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Maturation: 6 months on French oak
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
Contains sulphites.
