TASTING NOTES

Vineyard Location: Single vineyard in Mount Barker, Great Southern

Appearance: A brilliant fresh pale straw colour with green tinges.

Aroma: Intense floral, citrus and passionfruit fragrance enhanced by mineral spicy aromas.

Palate: A seamless palate, with initial flavours of green apple leading to a richer mid-palate of more tropical passionfruit and finishing with classic crisp lemon and lime.

Variety: 100% Riesling

Maturation: Unwooded

Cellar: to 2028

Alcohol: 12.5% Vol
