Onion Jam Hummus

Ingredients

  • 400 gm Chickpeas (tinned)
  • 2 tbsp Tahini paste
  • 200 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 each Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Vinofood Onion, Thyme & Red Wine Jam

Instructions

  • Place chick peas, tahini paste, olive oil and the juice and zest of lemon.
  • Puree until smooth (you may need to add some water to get ciorrect consistency).
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with Vinofood Onion, Thyme & Red Wine Jam (or stir through hummus) and warm flat bread.
