Beetroot & Shiraz Relish Dip

Quick and easy to make. Have it in the fridge for a snack on the go.

Beetroot & Shiraz Relish Dip

  • 60 grams Vinofood Beetroot & Shiraz Relish
  • 40 grams Tinned beetroot
  • 400 gram Cannellini beans, tinned, drained
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 40 gram Tahini, hulled
  • ½ each Lemon, juiced
  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor

  2. Blitz into a smooth consistency

  3. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks
