The Lake House Denmark is all about enjoying the good life while relaxing in nature, sharing good food and connecting with family and friends.
Our picnic hampers include a fabulous selection of grazing style picnic food and wine for you to enjoy whilst overlooking the lake from a picnic table on our deck, under the willow trees or on a picnic rug on the banks of the lake. It will truly be a memorable experience of the Great Southern.
Pre-orders are essential and your picnic hamper can be collected from the restaurant between 11.00am to 3.00pm or delivered to your accommodation for a $15 delivery fee.
Gluten Free and vegetarian options are available upon request.
Your dog is also welcome to join you.
Our Picnic Hampers for 2 include:
- A shared vineyard lunch platter for 2 people featuring Mount Barker smoked chicken, Italian sausage, local smoked ham, vegetable frittata, seasonal dip, olives, cheeses, house baked bread, wafers, garden salad and Vinofood condiments.
- Vinofood Rocky Road slices
- A bottle of wine – you can choose from our selection of He Said She Said wines.
- Everything you need for your picnic by the lake including rug, cutlery and glassware (to be returned to restaurant after use). All the food is carefully packed into a hamper box so if you have any leftovers, you are able to take home to enjoy later.
