Make the pizza dough. Stir yeast into warm water and set aside in a warm place until it becomes foamy.
In a large bowl add the flour and salt.
Once yeast is bubbling stir through flour and knead dough.
Cover and set aside in a warm area until the doiugh doubles in size (approx. 30-60 minutes).
Separate dough into 2 balls and roll out into pizza bases.
Add your favourite sauces and toppings and cook in a 200°C oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
