Gourmet Vinofood Pizza's

  • 300 gm Plain flour
  • 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups Warm water
  • 1 sachet Dried yeast
  • 1 pinch Sea salt


  • Make the pizza dough. Stir yeast into warm water and set aside in a warm place until it becomes foamy.
  • In a large bowl add the flour and salt.
  • Once yeast is bubbling stir through flour and knead dough.
  • Cover and set aside in a warm area until the doiugh doubles in size (approx. 30-60 minutes).
  • Separate dough into 2 balls and roll out into pizza bases.
  • Add your favourite sauces and toppings and cook in a 200°C oven for 20-30 minutes or until cooked.
