Prosciutto, Blue Cheese & Fig Rolls

Just perfect for when you need a quick canapé. Great served on their own or perfect on a grazing board.

Prosciutto, Blue Cheese & Fig Rolls

  • 2 large Pears
  • 80 grams Blue cheese
  • 8 slices Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • ½ each Lemon, juiced
  • 4 tsp Vinofood Fig, Apple & Chardonnay Chutney
  • 5 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  1. Slice the pears into 8 long wedges and cut out the core

  2. Fill a large bowl with cold water and stir in lemon juice. Place the cut pears into the bowl and leave to soak for a few minutes.

  3. Drain the bowl and place pears on paper towels and pat dry.

  4. Place a chunk of blue cheese on the pear wedge and then wrap in prosciutto. Continue for all the pear wedges.

  5. Arrange the pears on a serving plate or grazing board and add a dollop of fig, apple & chardonnay chutney on top of each roll. Garnish with fresh thyme.
