Orange, Ginger & Chardonnay Marmalade (400g)
Made with local oranges this marmalade is not too sweet and not too bitter, its just perfect and with a hint of ginger it is a marmalade lovers delight. Great as a breakfast marmalade thickly smeared on toast or use as a glaze for ham. Heat it up and use as a topping for a freshly baked cake or for something different in a bread and butter pudding.
