Red Pepper, Chilli & Chardonnay Sauce (330g)
This is our twist on the classic Asian sweet chilli sauce. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or fritters. As a topping for chunky potato wedges or stir through cream cheese for an easy dip. In the restaurant we use as a marinade for prawns on our Lake House Gourmet Platter.
