TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: Selected vineyards within Frankland River, Great Southern.
Appearance: Deep red with youthful violet hues.
Aroma: A rich, complex nose of mulberry, pepper and spicy vanillin oak with lifted floral notes.
Palate: An impressive ripe combination of blackberry and plums with a spicy aniseed and black cherry mid-palate, leading to a long finish of mocha and fine tannins.
Variety: 100% Shiraz
Maturation: 18 months in French and American oak barriques.
Alcohol: 14.5% Vol
Contains sulphites. Fined with egg whites. Traces may remain.
