Vineyard Location: Single vineyard in Porongurup, Great Southern
Appearance: A brilliant fresh pale straw colour with green tinges.
Aroma: Intense lemons and green apple with hints of blossom.
Palate: A pure, seamless palate, with initial flavours of limes and grapefruit leading to a soft mid-palate with hints of more generous passionfruit and crunchy green apples supported by a long, fine backbone of citrus acidity.
Variety: 100% Riesling
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 12.0% Vol
