TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: Selected vineyards within Denmark, Frankland River and Mount Barker, Great Southern.
Appearance: A brilliant, fresh green straw colour.
Aroma: A lifted attractive nose dominated by nectarines, pineapple and rockmelon gives way to soft floral accents of rose blossom and lavender.
Palate: The initial flavours of passionfruit, pineapple and stone fruits combine with citrus and lime juice which is underpinned by grapefruit acidity which provides a lingering crisp finish.
Variety: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 13.0% Vol
Contains sulphites
