TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: The Lake House Denmark’s estate vineyard in Denmark, Great Southern.
Appearance: Bright youthful purple.
Aroma: Vibrant red cherry with an elegant cool climate earthy, spicy note and hints of vanillin French oak.
Palate:Â Ripe berry and black cherry flavours with a mid-palate of strawberries and hints of aniseed, leading to a long and finely textured finish.
Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Maturation: 12 months in French oak barriques.
Alcohol: 13.0% Vol
