TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: Selected vineyards within the Great Southern wine region.
Appearance: Brilliant, fresh, pale straw colour with green tinges.
Aroma: Red apple and passionfruit are supported by honeysuckle and spice.
Palate: A seamless generous palate, with initial flavours of apple and pear leading to a soft mid-palate of passionfruit with hints of melon supported by crisp mandarin acidity.
Variety: 100% Riesling
Maturation: Unwooded
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol
