TASTING NOTES
Vineyard Location: Denmark, Great Southern.
Appearance: A pale yellow straw colour with youthful green tinges.
Aroma: A cool climate blend of cut grass and gooseberry with hints of lemon and spicy oak.
Palate: Elegant grassy notes are followed by grapefruit and mandarin supported by vanilla from new french oak and a long, crisp finish.
Variety: 60% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
Contains sulphites.
