Methode Traditionelle Sparkling

Methode Traditionelle Sparkling wines are made using the methods developed in the Champagne region of France. A labour intensive and lengthy method it involves a second fermentation taking place in the same bottle that the wine is sold. It then spends at least 15 months on lees before being corked. Our Sparkling Wine is made from our estate grown, Denmark Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
